IMPORTANT:

 

1. Membership Admission: Before applying for membership in Sampa Gato, it is important that you agree to the FIFE rules, our statutes, rules and regulations, which can be consulted HERE.

 

2. The Sampa Gato annual fee is always due on January 10th. The annual fee will be charged proportionally, according to the month of membership. After 30 days from the due date, if payment is not confirmed, Sampa Gato will consider it a request for disassociation. Therefore, if you wish to return to the membership, the applicant must go through the entire approval process again, according to the current statutes.

 

3. Breeding Certificate: Submission of the individual breeding certificate for the sires is mandatory, and it must be at least 75 days before the birth date of the kittens, with the cats being at least 10 months old on the date of issuance of the exhibition CERTIFICATE. It should be sent along with the litter map and pedigrees of the sires.

4. Title or Pedigree Homologation: This is the generation of a FIFE pedigree for cats that previously possess a pedigree from another federation (national or international). Documents such as "cards" listing only the parents of the animal to be homologated cannot be used for homologation. Titles must be recognized as they are earned to allow the animal to progress in judging with the next judge who evaluates it. The generated document is a specific certificate for each title.

 

5. Litter Map: For litter registration, both parents and kittens must be microchipped, and the signature in the field referring to each of the sires must match the animal's ownership registration from the day of mating until the day of the litter's birth. Sampa Gatore recommends the neutering of kittens not intended for breeding as a good breeder practice.

 

6. Cattery Registration: The breeder must follow the guidelines on the form and read the FIFE rules. Cattery with international validity of 20 (twenty) years.

7. Transfer of ownership is when the breeder transfers ownership to the client. The federation recommends this for legal reasons.

 

8. After receipt, services will be validated by Sampa Gato and sent to the Federation for production within 30 days of the request and payment, and will be returned within approximately another 30 days.

 

9. If a duplicate is needed, a new service fee will be charged. This fee is for issuing a duplicate of any document.
